Terms and Conditions

Payment of Fees

• The charges payable shall be calculated by our standard rates at the time such services are provided. We shall be entitled to amend the rates that we charge without providing any notice to you.

• All charges are inclusive of Stripe, which has been added to our invoices at the appropriate rate and which shall be payable by you.

•You shall also pay each invoice we submit in respect of our Services (and any other payable charges), in full and in cleared funds, before the date of your next session invoice.

• Payments may be effected by way of a credit card transaction using a valid credit card, or mobile money. Note that to protect its own and the interests of its members through our payment processing provider scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud. Accordingly a transaction may be refused if its legitimacy is not satisfactory.

• Without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may, if any sum is not paid, on or before its due date, suspend the service

• Time for payment shall be of the essence of the Contract.

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be arranged at the sole discretion of Rockdale Athletics Center LLC

• Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method at our discretion.

• Rockdale Athletics Center may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend these terms and conditions, or

any part thereof at any time without notice
